Raymond was awesome. I needed a septic tank inspection and cleaning… I was time-pressed because we are selling our house and have realtors coming over on Wednesday for an open house. I called multiple companies and did my research. Sunshine kept coming up on top.
He was literally at my house within an hour of calling him. (Late on a Saturday afternoon, when most other companies are closed) … Unheard of. I have two 1500 gallon tanks, and he cleaned them in less than an hour. He was thorough, polite, professional,… And most of all very competitively and reasonably priced.

Raymond was great to work with. Every problem that arose he was quick with a solution. It has been raining here for about a week, so in the rain he trudged through the mud of our side yard to open the septic cap, only to find that the previous owner’s never attached it, just stuck in on the ground at the approximate sight of the septic tank. Raymond what’s the best and in the end, found the opening, got the tank pumped out and I received a wonderful great smelling candle. Raymond so impressed me that I have signed up for his 3 year program. So if your for supporting the “little man” vs “big corporate” enterprises, Sunshine is the company to work with. Oh my gosh where do I even begin? I really don’t even know where to. I CAN say that it has been a day and Raymond and Wyatt have become my family today lol. Less than 24 hours ago I was in tears and didn’t know what in the world I was going to do. I had raw sewage in my basement and garage and my whole house smelled like poop! Scared to death to pick someone from google, I saw the name Sunshine Septic. The septic part didn’t appeal to me but the Sunshine did so after only 4 hours of sleep, at 7AM with “sunshine” through my bedroom window, I was on the phone with Raymond. They showed up and spent all day trying to figure out where my septic tank was. After many hours of digging and head scratching they finally hit gold and solved my problem instantly! It is 9:30 PM and they just left. They were determined they were going to help me and boy did they! I now have a clean tank and can “resume” with business! I can’t recall a better experience than I have had with them and I truly mean that. These guys are REAL and care and it shows! They are very reasonable in their prices and I just appreciate them so much. Thank you Raymond and Wyatt! Y’all are the BEST….I hope I never have to call you again but I will never forget you!
